Owner / PresidentBill Kardar has over 10 years of industry experience and holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University. With a background in banking and financial services, he previously worked at Pacific Life and Union Bank. He now leads the agency’s efforts to expand the commercial insurance department.

Nikki Kardar brings over 15 years of industry experience to the agency. In 2024, she transitioned the agency to an independent model after a successful tenure with Farmers Insurance, where she earned multiple achievement awards. This shift allowed her to provide clients with greater choice and more personalized coverage options.
Before entering the insurance industry, Nikki owned and operated multiple salons for Regis, consistently earning top sales awards. Her background in business ownership and customer service continues to shape the agency’s commitment to client-focused solutions.
